When you book one of our 24/7 racket sports sessions, you’ll complete your checkout as usual. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a one-time password (OTP).

This OTP will:

• Grant you secure access to Ignite Sports Club

• Provide step-by-step instructions for turning on the lights

• Outline important safety information for your session

⏰ After core working hours, the site will be unstaffed. We kindly ask all players to:

• Respect one another

• Take care of the facilities

• Follow all safety guidelines provided
